50% of the Lang’s Farm/ Hillborn area is made up of commercial & industrial buildings, housing, many Cambridge businesses, shopping plazas, dozens of restaurants, and the Cambridge Centre mall. There is a great mix of homes but most are smaller detached homes with a single garage. This is an area in Cambridge that has unfortunately had some chemical ground contamination that has been mostly remediated now.
